this hotel is a disaster, noisy neighbors and disgusting stains on sheets made sleeping impossible. the front desk staff seemed more interested in their phones than customer service. i expected an upgrade for the inconvenience, but got nothing. just an absoluteley underwhelming experience, couldn't believe it. will be writing a letter of discontent, because i simply just coudn’t let this go.

The room size is comically tiny, leaving no adequate storage space. I've also noticed some bugs creeping around, and the overall noise insulation in the building is lacking, making it hard to catch some sleep when other guests are being loud.

The daily hot and cold buffet breakfast was amazing, they even had a waffle station with chocolate chips. I loved the stylish common area, which had these work stations and a nifty coffee machine making my stay that much comfortable.

It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly, but it’s worth it.

I really enjoyed the charming atmosphere at this quaint inn, which had clean and tidy interiors and was greeted by Larissa, who was an incredibly helpful front desk person that provided me with a ton of useful information about nearby attractions like the Museum of Contemporary Art, just over a kilometer away, and La Fontaine Park, which is only a short stroll from the hotel—a lovely place to relax amid nature.

Room was modern and clean, with a nice touch of complimentary bags, loved that! My stay was good,.

the staff was incredibly friendly, always willing to assist. especially luara, who helped us find great places to visit. and the location was excellent for getting around the area on foot or via metro.

Nice hotel with amenities like wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a fitness centre. On my first stay, the staff helped with my luggage. I recommend enjoying the coffee shop. I’m coming back for a new year!
